Welcome to my web site...

I hope that over a period of time, I may be able to share with you some of my thoughts, that I express through writing. I don't claim to be a poet or writer. We all have innermost thoughts, that makes us unique and different from each other, although we identify with similar forms of emotions.

I self-published a book in 1995, entitled, "Inner Thoughts And Visions" but to this day, I have not promoted it. I have enough poems to publish more books. Somehow, that doesn't seem to be important. What is important is the fact that I am able to feel good within myself. I'm grateful that the spiritual thoughts that come to me, help and sustains me every day.

We all have a book within. The many stories may be of sadness or joy, trials and tribulations but nevertheless, we are made stronger and perhaps we begin to get an idea of what life is all about. At least it's a good place to start.

The Candle Still Burns...

This poem is dedicated to those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 at the WTC and to all innocent victims of the world.

Time stood still, for a moment or so,
the candle burnt out, not long ago.
I light a new candle, in order to see,
that darkness around, be taken from me.

Time comes and goes, it depends how I feel,
sometimes it's hard, to know what is real.
A sense of belonging, is lost when alone,
the walls that imprison, will never be home.

Good thoughts add blessings, in all that I do,
bad thoughts seek to destroy, that which is true.
The candle burns brightly, then a wind comes along,
confusions may reign, in where I truly belong.

I am a spiritual being, in this physical shell,
I build on this earth, my own heaven or hell.
Inside is a candle, which will never go out,
the strength of my faith, is what I'm about.

The weight of the cross, can be heavy or light,
the candle I carry, should always burn bright.
All darkness will fade, if I take time to see,
the flame of the candle, which was given to me.
